just claimed and instantly got the perpetual purple fireworks, but still no hatchling or windsteed…

I received it the day I finished the required hours for it and then went to summon it today and it’s not there anymore. And it wasn’t able to be caged when I checked so I know I didn’t cage it on one of my characters. I have no idea what’s going on. ):

still no hatchling or windsteed…
Really hoping it’s a bugged delivery. It’s the store mount I’ve been most bummed about missing. I have a screenshot of my drops page if needed? Firework, kite, ichabob, and feldrake were all immediate.
It’s silly but I’ve lost the mood to play at all because of this. Really took the wind out of my steeds.
I am also missing my hatchling but received the mount instantly.
still nothing…
im now at over 2 weeks, and still no hatchling or windsteed.
