Just sharing my experience of losing my Celestial Set yet again. It has now been several months and a couple of 400g payments to restore the set. Could you please make this a higher priority to resolve? I feel it is more crucial to get this sorted out in view that players have had to pay real money for this set. Thanks
The level of priority isn’t really a factor, Shamisengai, it’s reproducibility. Having that is one of the key factors in figuring out what is causing it so that a resolution can be implemented.
I should also mention that Customer Support doesn’t have any influence on bug priority. Outside of providing samples and other reports we may get about a possible bug, it’s entirely up to QA and our Game Developers.
That said, it was recently posted that the team believes they may have found the cause, I’ll quote there here:
Oh I just remembered something that happened a while back (I would say a month ago… I think?). The RAF title / xmog set and store sets were missing from my journal but getting a wow token off the ah (I can’t remember which account I got it on) and adding 30 days of game time gave me back the titles from RAF, the mogs from the store, and my RAF mog.

Edit: the reason I know it came back is it popped up in the chat with the “you’ve learned the renowned explorer title” (I think that’s the text… it’s the text when you learn a title) and checking my xmog tab, it appeared back in there when it was missing.
