So, do you folks like it? I think it’s BANGING. Didn’t mind spending $20. I had the steed since WOTLK otherwise I’d have bought the bundle.

I get this weird, “If Algalon had died and woke up as a human in the Shadowlands” vibe. And I like it. Especially the little constellations on the ground and the air. It’s nice to wear a premade look and only have to think of your weapon.

Speaking of which - what weapons do you think go best with this outfit? I’m using the Archmage’s Battle Staff, although I did consider the blue tint Edict of Argus. Still kind of on the fence tbh.

Just to touch on this for others viewing, the bundle is dynamic in its pricing. It will adjust its price accordingly should you already own parts of it.

For instance, for me it only shows as $20 since I already own the mount and pet.

You know I have almost no pieces of gear from Dragon Soul Raid Finder because at that point in it’s life it was so toxic (full of AFKers and people who thought it was a legit way to get good gear - LFR is not a legit way to get good gear lol… do WQs and Dailies!).

Come to think of it there a couple blue staffs from Ulduar I might have to consider now…

Well, just go grab them now. You solo queue up for LFR version of Dragon Soul with the NPC standing next to the portal.

can be bought from the monk order hall by any monk 45+ matches the blue/gold pretty flawlessly, imo.

edit: if you don’t have a monk at lvl 45, I believe a class trial can do the legion intro and buy it, just needs 100g mailed to it.

Just FYI, there has been an ongoing bug with all store and promotional transmogs that causes them to occasionally disappear completely from your collection and any characters that have them mogged. This has been a known issue for several months now, and they have yet to find a solution or provide a timetable for one. So purchase at your own risk.

Should also be mentioned that the bug doesn’t permanently remove them, you still own them, they’ll frequently be available for mog (sometimes a simple relaunch completely fixes the bug), and if you don’t log into a toon while the bug is actively removing them, the mog will still be applied. But here’s hoping they fix it to save us intermittent several hundred gold for reapplication :slight_smile:

Yeah it also doesn’t show up in the armory for your character on this website which looks goofy lol

I bought this from the Blizzard store. Once a day or so it automatically removes itself from being my current transmog. I put in a ticket and still have not gotten a reply. This cost me 491 gold to apply each time and so far its been at least once a day.

i have a question - which piece of gear gives the effects? i do not want to wear the helm so what would i lose ??

Helm and Shoulders have their own constellation ambient effects, swirling stars around the character are tied to the back, if you wear the chest, you get a ground effect of shifting stars.

Helm has “veil,” cloak has “orbiting stars,” boots have “constellation on the ground,” and there’s particle effects on gloves and shoulders.

I tore it up and wear what I want from it that compliments other pieces. But I wouldn’t wear it as a complete gear set cause it’s not really what I want for my characters.
