Celestial Observer Appearance suddenly gone

As title says the appearance is now gone. I had it as part of a mog set but I just logged in a its just gone. Head, Shoulders and back was what I was using but currently the whole set is gone completely. Any reason for this?

This is a known issue and a fix is in the works, but it’s been a difficult to track down bug:
