If you notice blizz already has a system in place to prevent this.
If you can’t use the item (ex. a strength class needing on int gear) you won’t win it unless no int users roll need.
If someone that actually can use the item rolls need, then the other rolls won’t even show.

it kind of works. but the agi trinket that is celestial one from elegon out of jade temple went to a tank when a dps needed on it… its not perfect but its better than forcing everyone into personal loot.
