Celebration Crates Not Spawning

I am trying to collect the celebration crates.
I have only been able to get the clam one.
I went and to do the one where you have to die, wasnt there.
Dirt-Caked crate, was not there. I dont have the Legion artifact quest, so it shouldnt be a phasing issue.
Finally, the Sandy Celebration Crate, I got the receipt from Thousand Needles, came to the vendor and its not in his inventory.

I have all the ransom notes, and I have read them.

I have literally the exact same issue as above. very frustrating.

I am also having the same issue. I did the tutorial questline as well for alyx. things online seem to suggest we need to talk to alyx for get harder secrets from her but that dialogue option is not available to me on any of my characters. I have gone to multiple crate locations and done the steps to see them but I am unable to see any crates at all…

I am also having the same issue although for me it is only the last crate at Seat of Primus that’s not spawning.

Same Issue. After I finished “Assistant to the Assistant” achievement, Alyx’s harder secrets dialogue went away and I can’t see any of the crates on any of my characters. Help!!

Same issue and having minor mental breakdowns about it after messing around and trying to find multiple of these things.

  1. I accepted harder challenges from Alyx.
  2. I have the ransom notes in my bags.
  3. I read the ransom notes.
  4. I tried changing my Shadowlands pact or whatever to Maldraxxus.
  5. I tried in WM and out of WM.
  6. I’ve followed prereqs (like being dead, having receipt, no loading screen) for those that require it.

Edit: I’ve tried the Maldraxxus crate on the Seat of the Primus, Desolace’s (while dead), Azsuna’s (with receipt), Howling Fjord’s (with torch), and Nagrand (Outlands).
Edit Edit: I can see crates on my alt. Why on earth.

Same issue, completed Assistant to the Assistant, now the remaining crates are nowhere to be found and the harder secrets dialogue option is gone.

Having the same issue with #11 Ghostly Celebration Crate. Literally standing in the alcove where the crate spawns and watching other players come and go apparently finding it. Nothing there. Have reloaded, relogged, waited 24 hours and logged back on and there is no crate. Can’t finish the achievement without this and it is totally bugged.

I was having this issue as well. tried about 7-8 of my level 80 characters to see if it is a phasing issue and wasnt able to see a single crate.

until on a whim i decided to try it on a lvl 77 character and i was able to find all of the crates.

the only crate that gave me an issue was the maldraxxus one, because shadowlands stuff is so bugged i could only get there via the dungeon portal to bastion and then fly to maldraxxus, but that portal is only usable if you are level 80. so i had to pay some guy to come to maldraxxus and click a summon for me and then i was able to find the crate.

not sure if this anecdote will help anybody but if you have a non-80 character, give it a try and see if you can see the crates. this is a cool quest, but man it is frustrating how many seemingly bugged things stand in your way of participating.

Same thing happening to me. Sent a ticket but ofc they can’t do anything about this.
I was in a group and the person could see it but not me. Frustrating.

No crates, there going to have pitch fork fires if I wasted my time getting this much crap to be blocked from finishing because they’re a small indie company that can’t fix their code.

I got the crystal one from outlands to spawn, level 70 boosted the alt, suddenly can’t get other crates to spawn now and the crystal crate is saying I can’t use it. Boosting also seems to have removed a bunch of quests I had. Didn’t see a warning and I don’t remember other boosts doing that.

Using the level 70 enhanced boost wipes quests, it says so in the support article linked from the page. The section you want is called Content Unlock.

Sorry you had to realize that the hard way.

I can’t get them to spawn on mine anymore. I found the first 6 crates a few weeks ago. Now I’m coming back to finish it and the remaining 7 won’t spawn at all. I can’t even get the potion where the Firelord is to spawn.

I’ve been to the exact locations of all the final 7 crates, nothing. I even grabbed the code from WOW head to check which crates are missing, go to their spots, and nothing is there.

The Battered Celebration Crate (Grizzly Hills) would not spawn for me today. I had both notes.
