It’s part of the collector’s edition. There were waves of people wanting it on the store. They announced it would be on the store MONTHS ago. Find something better to be angry about.

I can imagine, you are watching tv a number comes up, you call the number. Three days later a man with a 1,000,000 cheque comes up and says “congratz you wont 1,000,000 dollars! However under laws of your state we require a transaction, so give us 1$ then we can give you this free 1,000,000 dollars!”

And with all the camera on you, his cheque on hand, you say “nothing is free, get lost” slam the door and waddle back to your couch.

Its not whether or not you can, its about whether you SHOULD. By people purchasing this it gives Blizz the endorsement that tactics are ok and they will continue to exploit in the future.
