hey whats the CD on server transfers? wanting to transfer back to oceanic servers to play with my friends and to be able to log in during WOTLK launch week.

If your currently transfer locked for short duration you could take an FCM to somewhere like Eranikus to skip the queues for launch week and then do the paid xfer later.
But if you recently transfered you could be there a while
