Cc payment error Zounds!

I want to pay my sub but I get an error every time. (Using a discover cc)

the error msg: " Zounds!

An internal error occurred. Try again a bit later. If you see this message repeatedly, let us know."

I’m seeing this tried to bill on the 5th and failed.

That may be the issue.

Are the details still setup in the sub section?

no I need to use a different cc same billing address

And have you tried to clear out any existing billing info and enter in the new?

Old methods are clear now it wont let me add a new payment method

Do you have a different device you could try on?

not at the moment

trying to save a new payment method just gives the message " An error occurred."

ill try again with my phone later (left it in my car)
