Cataclysm Classic -- BLZBNTAGT00000841 Error - "Please try again after logging on as an administrator"

Hi all, I’ve been really wanting to play Cataclysm Classic. It keeps telling me that it has an update that is needed, but every time I try I get the BLZBNTAGT00000841 - “Please try again after logging on as an administrator” error. :frowning:

I’ve gone to the the Blizzard support page: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/30271 and tried everything on there, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem.

Please let me know if you have any solutions!!! Thank you

If you haven’t already, I would suggest posting this in the tech support forums where there are likely some rather tech savvy people who can assist you better. Just be as detailed as you can be with steps you have already taken.
