Everyone, and I don’t know if Blizzard listened to our request, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to migrate for free because my characters are already in the next expansion, so we urgently need there to be a classic era for Wotlk.

Excited for cata. I mean rip you but i had to quit wow after original wotlk for my own real life reasons where i just couldnt play.
Definitely ready to give a some changes version a try that hopefully attempts to address the things people adamantly hated about the retail run of it.

Personally, I loved Cata. It felt like the first time the game was moving on and not relying on nostalgia for narrative. Vanilla was the start, let’s build a world and see how it goes. TBC was “Hey players, remember these characters from the RTS? You get to fight them now.”. Wrath, “Hey players, remember this guy from the RTS? You get to fight him now.”.
Were there things I disliked about Cata? Sure. The unreverteable change to the old world, spec-locked trees, gold farm guilds, removal of need for class trainers, removal of class quests to name a few.
But what did it bring? Guild levels and perks making them more impactful to be in, more bag space, one of the universally loved raids in WoW history. Garrosh getting good character development.
