[Cata] Server transfer not working?

Bought a character transfer from the shop tab in the Cataclysm character select screen, trying to move a level 83 Horde Mage from Arugal (OCE) to Faerlina (US). I click the “are you sure” accept button, nothing happens for a few seconds and it just closes down the character transfer screen and puts me back on character select with my character transfer button still available.

This looks like it went through the purchase process ok.

I’d try fully relogging, not only the game - but also the launcher. See if that helps.
