I have a question about the cataclysm classic boost. If I buy it, can I save it and use it on a Worgen character? Or will it be limited to prior races?
There is nothing on the website that would restrict it.
IIRC, when TBCC 58 boost pack was released, it clearly stated it’s not permitted to be used on BElfs or Drens.
So, I’d image you can save it and use it on those then. But perhaps someone else might have different information on that.
Level 80 Character Boost only available on WoW® Classic progression realms (currently Wrath of the Lich King Classic™). Boost is only usable on the WoW® game account for which it was purchased or redeemed as a gift.
I wouldn’t count on it being usable for the new races. The fact that they don’t yet mention it on the store page shouldn’t make one “image” it’ll work either. Buy it if you want to take the gamble but otherwise wait for confirmation.
when they transferred over to BC, they didn’t allow alliance shamans or horde paladins to be boosted, it might be different as its a race not a class but I don’t know
I imagine the only reason they had some blocks in the past was new classes… a new race really doesnt matter that much since I can only image they will let you just pay to change race to it if you already have a character anyway…
One shouldn’t want to skip the busyness of the Wargon starting area upon the release of Cata Classic.
Bugs will be had. Mindless chatter will abound. A bit of chaos will occur.
I’m wondering if Worgen and Goblin will be available in the pre-patch.
