If like the tbcc I’d not be surprised if it won’t apply new races so no worgen or goblin boosts. But they could have it apply to them too. Time will tell.

You’ll have to wait until Cata pre-patch, and you won’t be able to use it on a Goblin or Worgen

But someone asked a question about using it on Worgen and Goblins, but it doesn’t actually specify it on the website.

Cata Pre-Order Epic Edition Question

I have a question about the cataclysm classic boost. If I buy it, can I save it and use it on a Worgen character? Or will it be limited to prior races?
