Cata Leveling 80-85, how long?

Hi guys,

I hope you are all doing well. I was wondering if I could ask, how long did it take to level from 80-85 in Cata, back when it originally released? Can this be done within 5-6 hours through questing?

Probably not, the less levels don’t make it quicker. Which is also why people didn’t really like less levels, it just felt worse.

20-40 hours. Can probably get it down to 10 by min/maxing.

I feel like 3-4days 18hr play will get 85, same as 70-80

People back then said something close to 20h. It really isn’t that fast (despite what classic andies tell you). MoP takes even longer pre-nerf.
