Yep, we went through extra cauldrons tonight and loved the super-fast RP walk back into raid. I am guessing this will be fixed around early May with the current rate of Blizzard fixing major issues in game.

On mankrik cauldrons aren’t getting perks and mobile guild banks are disappearing gradually on some peoples accounts. We had a guild member with a toon or two have a guild bank day before yesterday when the others did not. Yesterday, the ones that still had it had lost it too. Since its gradual its a little concerning since I worry what else it might start affecting since guild rep, mobile banking, and perks so far are being affected. Glad its a known issue though and being looked at! Just keeping posted!

Unfortunately, we can never provide ETAs because we might miss them or the fix doesn’t resolve the issue. This issue is actually a really good example as to why; we deployed a hotfix yesterday that should have fixed the rep reset so that it doesn’t happen again, and it didn’t resolve the issue.

You’re doing your best, so don’t sweat it. There’s a lot of changes in Classic that would potentially mess with the content.

It’s not really an intermittent issue now. The “fix” deployed essentially permanently removed the guild perks, whereas before you can relog and it comes back.
What baffles me is why the code regarding the guild perks was touched at all. What was in the recent patch (5% dragonsoul debuff) that has anything to do with it?

Been thinking about causes, since we’re running in a system that doesn’t have guild levels, but dealing with an expansion and list of perks that used to require guild levels to use, it feels like something had been changed/edited in the background that fixed all guilds to max level for all available perks.
Since the baseline perks still work eg. “honorable mention” I’m wondering if the game is registering people as being in level 1 guilds and not properly granting access to the perks that used to be unlocked over time.
It might be the new hotfix patch rolled out registered guilds as level 0 or level 1 and with no way to increase it in the current form of the game, we’re stuck.

That is certainly possible. Last week, it wasn’t the whole guild not getting the perks. just some random members. It was just this last reset 3/25 that the entire guild lost the perks. Oddly enough, if you’re not in a guild - then you get the perks.
So the solution right now is - leave your guild.

Going to be fixed by MoP? This game is truly a mess. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it in a worse state.

It’s less that it’s “erratic” (we know that it’s affecting everyone in NA) and more that it doesn’t happen internally at all. That makes it very hard to debug it.

gQuit might work, but it is quickly lost on another log in, for me at least. What did work, and has for several days now, is to gquit and then reapply to the guild but not be accepted. Left as pending, I have my spellbook full of perks now and it seems persistent. I did lose all my guild rep, but this is a private guild and I don’t care.

Able to temporarily fix this via:
- /gquit
- Rep resets back to Neutral instead of the expected down 1 tier (i.e. From Exalted → Revered).
- Rejoin guild
- Enter Dragon Soul (Haven’t tested with other instances).
Alot of flask mat farming to only get half usage. This makes raiding annoying especially if you wipe and SLOW run back This is 2nd week now where our guild perks affected our raiding group on Atiesh server

Then how about removing the Rep requirement for Guild perks? Sucks to not have mobile banking because of a glitch. Give us some relief as you look for a fix rather than telling everyone “Sorry, you will have to re grind the rep back.”

With a hotfix that is now live, we have fixed a bug that prevented Guild Perks from being active and caused players to lose an inappropriate amount of Reputation when leaving a Guild.
