There is casted ability A into a atplayer on global ability B I want to cast back to back. Is there a way to put an atplayer modifier in a castsequence?

I don’t want to say for competitive reasons but let’s say it’s ‘flash heal into power word barrier on yourself’ as example

i dont even know if castsequence with @targeting is even possible
like /castsequence reset=xx flash heal, @target barrier wouldn’t work
where /cast @target barrier does
