hello, im having an issue with my cast bar randomly disappearing it fixes when i do /reload ui but it happens again after a while. I thought it was a addon but i dont have a single addon that changes my cast bar or has the option to so im in complete lose here, this started happening after the june 6th updates. anyone else have this issue or can help me fix it permanently?
Short of filing a Bug Report, the only thing that comes to mind is a Fulll UI Reset. Note that a UI reset is not the same as doing a /reload.

Yes, and as I noted, a Full UI Reset is NOT the same thing. I recommend doing the Full UI Reset as it sounds like you have a corrupt UI.

To elaborate, you may have no addon that directly interacts with the castbar but the addon itself may be outdated (therefore corrupt as Perl said) or have several conflicting issues with multiple addons. Since you said it happened after the 6th June update this is very likely.
If you still have the same problem with a clean reset (no addons) then its a native issue, but if you don’t then you’ll have to re-enable addons one by one after that to see which one is interfering and try to (wait for an) addon update or keep it disabled/replaced for another.

Have you checked in Edit Mode to ensure another element isn’t covering up the cast bar?

i got the fix it was a corrupted ui thing unfortunately i had to redo all my addons/addonsetting again since it wiped my profiles but its all good now thanks for the help though
