Does anyone know how to make this quest for alchemists, because I looked all over the forum and did not find the answer. I can’t transmute 5 crystals as I don’t have that ability. It is not for sale, there is no quest or reputation for it. Help

You don’t get epic transmutes until Argent Tournament phase. They should have removed the quest and added it later.

No. These are public forums I can say what I want. And who are you to stop people from learning? The answer is on wowhead. If you were my friend and you never told me wowhead exists so I can find out for myself I’d consider you a bad friend.
Why would you ask the forums about things you can find in seconds on wowhead. You’re not the king of the forums either so who are you to tell me what I can and cannot say.
Just because I said to check wowhead does not mean I wasn’t trying to be helpful. Teach a man to fish and he can feed himself for a lifetime. You’d rather him be dependent on you for everything.

And I can tell them the answer is on wowhead so they know where the library of congress is for WoW. I didn’t say they couldn’t ask. I said it’s on wowhead. I answered their question and all their future questions at the same time. Is that ok with you, Karen?

You won’t be able to complete that quest until Uldaur launches. Certain quests are available even though they shouldn’t be.
Pretty sure I had a quest in my log directing me to the Argent Tourney which won’t be around for another 2 phases heh.

You gave a particular attitude off with your response, which was “Go to wowhead not the forums” so it’s understandable how people would get a particular impression about you.
You came off and are coming off as rude. If you do not wish to be seen as so, I suggest you think more carefully about what you say and how you say it.

It does not matter if it is text, word choice and punctuation change things a lot.

This is the wow forums. You need to calm down. I don’t care about your personal rules about punctuation and word choice.
I gave them an answer to their question. I can’t help it if you don’t like my answer. Personally, I would be very angry at you if you just answered me forever and one day I found out I could have just found out everything I needed to know in seconds without having to ask everyone all the time.

No. This is just a bunch of people getting triggered because I told them how to look it up which I have always thought was the dumbest thing ever. Why get mad over someone teaching someone where all the information is at their fingertips? It’s like you know an easy way to make a million dollars and you can easily teach someone else how to and you’d rather them come ask you a million questions instead of just saying… hey bro just go to this website and instant millionaire.
Here’s the actual answer: The quest isn’t in the game yet. Questie (the addon) is showing it as available, but it really isn’t because epic gems are not available in phase 1.
You can disable the quest marker on the map by opening the map and shift-left clicking on the exclamation point. It will prompt you if you wish to hide the quest.
I imagine the questie author will be fixing it soon.
It IS in the game. Its not a Questie issue. I have the quest in my logs too. Its because we are running on 3.4 and the quest came out in 3.2.
