I just bought this item from Osidion in nDornogal, and was able to learn everything except the [Cardinal Educator’s Vest].
I suspect this is similar to other items that he sells.

Just encountered this as well. Only includes the robes, not the vest.

Logging out and back in fixed it.
The vest will show up once you relog.
I also have this issue - re-logging did not fix it for me. I opened a ticket and the GMs are giving me the runaround.

Hello, i am having the same issue but with the green set ( Leafy Educator’s Knowledge). I read on Wowhead to try relogging but i still don’t have the vest appearance. I also have the red set and didn’t have any issues, it gave me all appearances.
I submitted a ticket, but they can’t provide the missing piece or offer a refund, so my only option is to report this bug here.
I recommend that anyone reading this avoid purchasing this set until the bug is fixed.

I’m also having this issue more than three months later, which is f’ing ridiculous. I will be putting in a ticket, however based on my past experiences and this thread, they’ll tell me to kindly go f myself and submit a useless, one-way, zero-follow-up bug report.

Osidion still has [Cardinal Educator’s Knowledge] available for purchase, and the tooltip has “Already known”

This also happened to me, bought the ensemble and did not add the vest to the collection once used. Just to add more details about the annoying of this situation:
- The vest appears in the collection tab as unlearned and not usable
- The ensemble still appears in the vendor once used, while it should be removed once learned
- If you buy a new one (which is non-refundable), it will report that you already know all the apearances
This is contradictory, since if you knew all the appearances it shouldn’t display on the vendor.
This case is not like Remix ensembles in which you’d be missing some source IDs for a given appearance that would matter just to completionists (which I think it’s a valid claim, but I understand it’s open to others having a different opinion): in this case you are actually missing the only way to get an appearance listed in the transmog collection.
