Item is from Osidion in Dornogal. Should contain both robe and vest, but only grants the robe. Tried relogging, as suggested in other posts about this, but did not work. Reported it as an issue in game and GMs are saying I have to open a ticket, in the ticket that I opened for the issue.

Bumping this. Frankly, the fact that this is still happening in April 2025, more than 6 months after it was initially reported, and through patch cycles, is ridiculous.

I am having the same issue. GM replied my ticket said that they cannot “just give the vest” to me, and to get it solved that I have to report it in the forum. I also got the other Educator’s Knowledge set, they do grant vest in the set. So, here I am, hopefully they will see this and get it solved.

This is still an issue, almost a year later and no response/help from blizz
I think the best we can hope for at this point is that they include the vests on the Timewalking vendor when they add War Within Timewalking to the game.
