Card charged 155 dollars for year subscription

Yall really have to change the way your online website is managed. Over and over I clicked on the monthly default of 12 dollars for the regular subscription and my card was just charged for the yearly subscription. It defaults , for some reason, to the yearly subscription which is absolute BS if you just want to pay monthly.

The $12.99 a month is not a monthly paying schedule. It is a 12-months all at once paying schedule. It is just showing you what the yearly savings comes out to in terms of monthly rates.

If you wish to only pay month-by-month, then you choose the $14.99/month option.

Don’t forget about taxes.

They might be going to that option because of the mount special, but you have to click on it and approve the sale, you can probably get it refunded though if it was really recent.

Maybe I picked the wrong one then…I was almost positive I clicked the monthly sub. Oh well…Either they got me or I got myself for 155 dollars

Click the blue CONTINUE button to be taken to the refund option for any recent purchases.

It wont let me do it. Im guessing it’s to late. I was trying to change my address and my payment options at the same time. Also, I was paying for a server transfer cause im tired of horde constantly losing bgs where as my alliance chars do nothing but win. I think I was doing to much all at once lol

Sorry Grimgòr!

I accidentally paid $350 (and counting!) for a device I should’ve paid half for.

This happened two weeks ago.

I need to not shop at 1am.

On the bright side, at least you’re in-pocket overall, rather than out?

Have you tried manually submitting a ticket versus the automated refund system?

It would have been the “I still need help” option shown when the automated system could not do a refund.

I don’t like submitting tickets. They take way too long to be answered. I think at this point, after doing the math, its prob better for the yearly sub. Now that I think about it and what you posted earlier, I prob saw the 12.99 monthly and was like " that looks good" but somehow didn’t realize that was for the yearly. Looks like it was my mistake and not blizzards. Moral of the story is I was tired of losing on horde chars and in haste to transfer servers and faction I most likely picked the wrong payment option thinking it was monthly.

Problem with purchases/purchase failures are a accelerated ticket que at most ud be facign 2 days.
