The “help” feature in ESC is now gone and now is called “support” and you can only submit a ticket with your problem, before todays patch you were able to unstuck your character by pressing the “teleport to graveyard” button, after submitting a ticket about this, it says you should click the “?” button and press help and click teleport to graveyard but it has been removed so it doesnt make any sense
You can utilize the automatic service here on the website to move your character to a safer location.

Just hit CONTINUE on that page and allow the next page to fully load (it has to load up all your characters), then choose the one having the issue.

The support tab just got updated with extra features including character stuck but it takes 100 years longer than before to unstuck your character before all of this it was a thing you could do in 10 seconds with 2 clicks and even a macro
