I have a wow token but I cant use it without subscription.
I cant find it in character selection.

To clarify, it was a Token you purchased off of the AH in order to turn it in for game time, right?

Iām sorry, Hugugu, but you donāt appear to have a WoWToken that converts to game time. You purchased the version of the WoWToken off of the In-Game Shop, that only can only be placed on the Auction House for gold.
The one that converts to game time or Blizzard Balance is purchased from the Auction House for gold, which is not present on this account.

And no, thatās not how tokens work. If you have enough gold on a single realm, youāll have the option to buy a token to apply as game time from the character selection screen.
Pretty simple.

Iām sorry that you are confused by how the system works, Subzerro.
No, you donāt need a subscription first, nor is buying a Token to put on the Auction House at all helpful if you are looking for game time.
If you have enough gold on a single realm, youāll have the option to purchase a WoW Token on the character selection screen, which will add game time to the account.
If you donāt have enough gold for that purchase, yes, youād need add game time another way, usually through a subscription. The WoW Token available through the Auction House simply provides an alternative means of getting game time for active users who may have a surplus of gold.
