No, your friend will have to wait on their ticket. There are no GMs on the forum and the forums are not a means to bypass the ticket queue.

What is preventing them from using the boost? Are they getting an error message?

When your friend goes to the link below to check their transaction history, does it show the boost purchase as being “Complete” or something else?

Yeah, if it’s still pending then it hasn’t finished processing yet. PayPal has not been working too well with Blizz payments recently if I were to go by the posts on this forum.
It’s likely just a waiting game to see if the payment goes through.
