Can't Use Recover Mail Self Service

I bought a WoW Token sometime ago and sold it on the AH. I’m pretty sure I never logged back onto the toon to get my gold.

When I try to use the Recover Mail Service, I’m left stuck on a screen saying “We’re Processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update it for you as soon as we’re done”

This message is stuck on the ingame window, edge, and chrome. It’s not working anywhere

It is working for me, and I am using Opera GX. And I tested on Edge, and it works for me there too.

Make sure you’re not using any VPN’s and try incognito mode if your browser has it.

It’s not guaranteed depending on how long ago you sold the token, but the mail from a token should take a very long time to decay in your inbox before being deleted.

Edit:

Weird…it’s definitely not working for me. Just spins and spins…though I also have nothing to restore. So I wonder if that’s a side effect of just not having any mail to restore?
