Blizzard Balance can’t be used to set up a subscription, because it isn’t something that can have a recurring bill, but you should be able to purchase a block of game time through the shop.
Can you try that?

Worked, I’m stupid, I thought I was just purchasing game time, but I guess the sub thing was just the first thing I saw so I thought that was it.
