Won’t let me upgrade socketed items to Rival II, anyone having this issue also? Or is it intended idk. Everything else upgrades fine

I just did on my other rogue, upgraded everything and had honor left but won’t let me upgrade socket stuff. Says not able to be upgraded

I’m having a similar issue as well at a lower pvp bracket. I’m unable to upgrade my belt to my current rank (challenger 1, 4/9), it’s stuck at combatant 1 rank. seems to be a common issue this week.
I am also not able to upgrade random pieces of my conquest gear to Challenger II. I just upgraded my cloak and boots, but yet my waist, wrist and ring all give me “This item cannot be modified” Its crazy it works on some pieces but not others.

Looks like anything that can be socketed won’t go up, it must be a bug though or it wouldn’t give the option

Can confirm same bug happening to me. Hit 2100 today and was able to upgrade chest, shoulder, cape, gloves, pants and belt to duelist level but keeps preventing me from upgrading anything with a socket on it. Must be a new bug with 9.1.5 it seems.
^woops didnt mean to include belt since im using a legendary in that slot
iirc there was a similar bug in bfa where if you socketed something you couldn’t use a warlord’s trophy on it to upgrade
so it wouldn’t surprise me if the socket interaction was preventing you from upgrading

How odd, I am not having this issue.
Could you show a screenshot for vid so we can see what you are experiencing?
I’m having the same issue, cant upgrade to Challenger II for helm, neck, rings, bracers and belt. Have played games this week.
The description and the fact that multiple people are reporting the issue is good enough. Stop trolling.
The more information that can be gathered, the better.
The fact not everyone is experiencing this means there is something different. Evidence can help pinpoint what is going on!
More information on an issue or bug makes targeting and finding the bug easier for Blizzard, which in this case if it really is an issue, needs to be resolved quickly!

Yes, but I don’t see how a screenshot will help. You also ask like 35% of the posters on here for screenshots of what’s going on. Then you never post any yourself when one is requested of you for your claims. You are clearly a troll. Reported!
Make sure and post this in the bug report forums guys so we can get this fixed hopefully
