I’ve got the same issue. Also, I’ve never not been able to upgrade gear going into prepatch/expansion launch (my evoker was actually BIS going into DF from prepatch), so I assume something is very broken at the moment.

Same issue here. It would only give me the option to upgrade one of my previous season items.

Fated raids seem disabled as well. They claimed a “restart” on July 13th going into 14th for this same reason, but I am guessing either it didn’t work, or the bug is back. I suspect full blown fix/restart is necessary Tuesday reset day.

Same here. Unable to upgrade any of my items at any of the upgrade NPCs. Additionally, the Raid Finder does not specify which raid is Awakened (no icons showing up). I believe we had this same bug last month, and now it’s back.
