I just pre-ordered The War Within and now I can’t upgrade Dragonflight to Heroic or Epic editions, this since I just decided I wanted an specific cosmetic. I think I should be able to upgrade an expansion that is still current content and we’re playing.
It just says “Now included in all editions of The War Within™!” (which I already have) and " Good news! You already have access to this product." not showing me the Heroic and Epic options to purchase.
Any help will be appreciated!

It actually says that regardless if you’ve pre-purchased or not now.
Don’t think there is anything you can do, or anyone can do for you if Heroic and Epic upgrades are no longer available for sale.
Honestly - you’ve had a long time to purchase those versions of Dragonflight.

Yep I know, I was just wondering of there was a chance to purchase them, I saw a similar post from someone but with Shadowlands and they pre-purchased Dragonflight and were not able to upgrade their Shadowlands editions, but a GM responded and they were able to do it regardless of how far into the expansion they were, the solution given to them just didn’t work for me.
Support can’t do anything about this and the feedback will go nowhere. Your best bet to get this seen and possibly changed is to move the thread over to the General forums where feedback is gathered.

Currently, the Shop does not have the Heroic or Epic editions for Dragonflight. Perhaps Blizzard will offer the items from those editions at a later date.
If you wish to provide feedback suggesting that they do offer the items, you can do so via the General Discussion forum OR via the in-game Submit Feedback menu.

The Dragonflight heroic/epic editions were removed when TWW pre-order went live. All you can hope for is they make the cosmetic items available at a later date. Sometimes they will release bundles of previous expansion items.
