Same here. I’ve disabled all my addon’s, reloaded the UI, logged out and back on different character, still nothing. Everything’s just greyed out.

It’s a known issue and Blizzard is doing realm restarts to implement a fix.

Like to point out for everyone, game developers and customer support agents, two different types of staff, and not always connected. If you encounter an in-game bug, this needs to be reported here. Customer Support Agents can’t do much about in-game bugs or upgrading your gear.
