Log in today and it’s showing incompatible. When I go to battle.net it shows “check for updates” but it’s grayed out. Any advice anyone?
Deleting the PTR and Beta installs seemed to fix this for me. Good luck.
For me it was a simple as closing the battle.net launcher and reopening it. some have mentioned a simple computer restart worked as well.

Check on the top right of the launcher if there is a download button, near the notifications button.
I had the same issue, but was able to update this way.
I’m also stuck on “incompatible”. Restarted my computer already and I never played the PTR or Beta.
I have that but its just saying initializing forever.
Edit: restarting my computer worked. My computer wasn’t even on when I got up today but ok lol.
This normally fixes it for most people.
If it does not, a person may need to clear the Bnet cache then restart
