Can't update phone number

I can’t update my phone number because it’s tied to my original account. I’ve contacted CS 4 over the last month and received no response to my support request.

Ticket times are averaging 1-2 days so either ur ticket didnt process or theres something more going on.

Lets calm down those that handle the tickets dont come here nor are they clowns insulting them isnt helping your case either do you have a ticket #.

Welcome to a player to player support forum with blue moderation NOT GMS or contact to them anyone in good standing can post here hostility isnt gona get you anywhere instead of being hostile if u have a ticket open u should have a ticket # if u dont have a ticket # then ur ticket didnt go thru.

Frankly im only trying to help ive been here years everything ive said is true nor am i a kid instead of being combattive make it easier on the blues and give us a ticket #. Please choose ur words carefully you dont want to get into trouble.

Do you always attack people who are taking the time to assist you, since you posted in a player help player forum (This isn’t customer service). The information and questions asked are valid - if you weren’t provided a ticket number, the ticket didn’t submit properly.

Your attitude is simply going to get the attention of the moderators, but not in the way that’ll help you.

The last ticket I see on the account you are posting under is 187 days old.

I am not seeing one on any other account sharing your name that could possibly be yours.

So - that leaves a couple possibilities.

A ticket was never introduced into the system.
A ticket was submitted without being logged in, but you didn’t supply us enough information to associate it with an account.

I’d suggest another ticket - making sure it actually submits, or using Live Chat when available. Also, please don’t make it necessary to moderate any more of your posts. Doing so might also entail limiting your posting abilities.
