Can't transfer due to active auctions w/ no auctions listed

Game says I can’t transfer servers because I have active auctions but I have none listed on the AH and I have no mail.

Is this a new issue because of the new AH?

Possibly. We have an existing thread where services are being stopped with a message about mail, I strongly suspect this is similar, and most likely related. That is being looked into.

I’m condensing some threads here. This is on ‘the list’, so yes, it is being looked into. I know that isn’t the most helpful answer - but it is the only one I have right now. Thanks for your patience as we get this sorted.
