I’ve been trying to transfer one of my characters to Moon Guard (RP) but after selecting accept it seems to time out, go back to the character select screen and one of the character transfer charges isn’t used up, nor is my character on the new server.
I’ve made sure I don’t have any heirlooms or mail, so I don’t think it could be that.
Is this character the current owner of your house? If so transfer that to another character first.

I am currently having this issue but unable to transfer house owner. Every time I try to change house owner the owner reverts back to the character I want to transfer. Both characters are alliance and in the same guild so there should not be a reason I cannot transfer owner.
I’m seeing a similar report on this, so hopefully they can track down what might be happening. I’d recommend posting in the Bug Report forum with the details if you can, there may be an active thread already you can jump in.
