Can't transfer character due to mail

Nothing can be done here on the forums as there are no GMs here. You will have to submit a ticket for “Purchase Failure.” That is the most optimum ticket path to get your ticket answered as quickly as possible. Likely it is from the Brewfest monthly deal, or some other quest reward thing.
