There is no mail, no one on ignore, I’ve waited 3 days for pending mail from NPC’s and nothing. Can you please purge my mailbox so i can transfer from Earthfury to Eranikus?

Nothing can be done here on the forums as there are no GMs here. You will have to submit a ticket for “Purchase Failure.” That is the most optimum ticket path to get your ticket answered as quickly as possible. Likely it is from the Brewfest monthly deal, or some other quest reward thing.

Most welcome! Pay no mind to whatever time frame may show for the expected response. That isn’t for your ticket specifically - it’s an estimation based on the oldest ticket in the system. So please don’t panic if it reads like 8 or 9 days. This kind of ticket is usually handled fairly quickly. ^^
