/2 or /trade doesn’t work. When I go to chat settings trade is gray and cannot be interacted with. I tried /leave trade and /join trade and nothing changed.
I did it again and re-logged and nothing changed. Re-loading the game changes nothing it’s still grayed out, and I can’t talk in trade.
Your guess is as good as mine I guess.
couple of questions can u talk or whisper anyone is it possible u were squelched i would also try a full ui reset if a /resetchat doesnt work
You might also try entering /resetchat in your chat box, if the reset doesn’t work.
Just to get the obvious question out of the way, are you in a capital city when attempting to access Trade? It will only work in your faction’s cities, in either Dalaran, either of the Shrines in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Shattrath, or the Ashran cities (Stormshield/Warspear).
Did you try actually talking in Trade to see it worked?
I had a case where Trade was greyed on my chat screen for some reason. I dragged it up to new spot on the list and it went back to being active. I could still talk in /2 which was its position, though, even when it was greyed out.
Sometimes chat goes down. I’ve noticed it mostly in old expac zones where /1 doesn’t work.
