As the topic says I can’t subscribe for whatever reason, I’m 100% positive my card info is correct and no my card isn’t expired. I get to the screen where it says “please authorize this purchase with a quick security check”, I put in my info once again but the subscribe button is greyed out. I’ve never had a problem subscribing before so what could be the issue?
Incase it matters, it’s currently 12:20 A.M. pacific time.
Try a different browser and disabling ur security features and if u use any razor products try disabling those first.
I’m seeing a message that says “some payment methods can’t be used for subscription payments.”
Ok so this is the same debit card I’ve used to subscribe to this game for years now. So is this a technical issue on Blizz’s part?
Your best bet would be to do live chat in the morning and talk to billing if none of my suggestions helped.
Thank you Darthwraith but it was a technical issue after all, it finally allowed me to subscribe after about 20 minutes.
In case anyone comes looking for similar problems what did u do.
I didn’t do anything, it was something wrong with the Blizz launcher I guess. The subscribe button was greyed out even though my card info was correct, and than all of a sudden it wasn’t greyed out anymore.
I got that on cards that I’ve used for subscriptions, so I think that it’s just a heads up and not an actual error.
