I am not sure if there is website problems on this end or if my bank is being a pain. I renewed my 6 month subscription with no problems on WoW #1, I did this in game on the game screen. I am having no problems with this.
The problem is WoW #3, I didn’t see any options for monthly subscription on the in game shop, maybe I am looking wrong? But I come to the Website to get WoW #3 monthly - it was on a 6 month subscription but I want to switch it to monthly. Every time I try to purchase I get a notice for technical error, when trying to get a monthly subscription for WoW #3
I am wondering if there is problems with the website? Or if my bank is being a pain and thought there was some kind of scam going on because I made the 6 month purchase and am now trying to get a monthly service? It would not be the first time my bank acted like an idiot and auto stopped a second purchase.
If the problem is with the Website I can try back later or even tomorrow. But I don’t know what the technical error is that is stopping my payment. It’s the same payment I’ve used for years and years.
