Can't subscribe? Battle.net client won't let me pay

This is the screen I’m presented with. I type in the information and the “Subscribe” button stays grayed out.

Double check your payment method in your Account Management settings. It’s possible the card you’re using has expired.

If it hasn’t, then try removing all the methods of payment listed and adding back only the one you want to use.
