I’m trying to submit a ticket since I’m unable to add my mobile phone number to my Blizzard account so I can actually edit the LFG group finder. I keep getting an error stating that phone number is already in use, but I can’t figure out what old account it’s tied to.
Can someone at on the CS team please help me open a ticket? I keep getting an error stating “You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.” I’ve tried multiple browsers in the last 48 hours and it still fails.

Have u tried clearing ur cache and cookies.
Yes, I’ve tried that in Chrome and Firefox.
Have you tried a different computer they cant open a ticket for you but we try to troubleshoot.
I wonder if there’s an issue with the ticket topic you’re choosing.

Best bet may be to wait till live chat opens up on Monday. Hours are limited so keep an eye on the support page for it to open up.
You will likely need to attach a photo of an ID that matches the name on the account the phone number is associated with.
Our website team is looking into an issue where certain word/letter combos are preventing the ticket being created. The workaround right now is to change your description and try submitting the ticket again. If you need to add more info, you can edit the ticket after it gets created.
