I tried submitting a ticket through the game for this but it errors and says I did not complete the fields correctly - I cannot see what I’m doing wrong, so I am posting here.
This character, Etain, has some shoulderpads on - the Darkwood Sentinel Shoulderpads. I am trying to reset the azerite traits on them so I can select a guardian spec trait. However, the azerite reforger tells me there are no traits to reset on the shoulders. There is currently a balance trait selected - the sunfire trait. Could someone please reset these traits for me on the shoulders or suggest what is going on? I was able to do the helm and chestpiece.
