I’m about to lose my crap here in a second. I’ve spent LITERALLY the last 3 hours trying to submit a stupid ticket because I redeemeed a 12 month WoW sub code that wasn’t added to my account and I have no indication outside of the success message after I entered it that it worked. No email, nothing. So I’ve spent 3 hours trying to submit a ticket that won’t submit?
The submit button will spin endlessly. I’ve tried other browsers, disabled ad blocker, relogged out of my account, updated my browsers, cleared cache and cookies, and more and I’m furious at this point.
If you go to the upper right, the menu under your character name has account settings. In your account settings, there is a games & subscriptions category that should show you when your accounts are subbed until, and a transaction history option that should show you the 12 month code redemption.
If you still need to submit a ticket, I’ve seen some people complaining of the spinning submit button here in the last day or two. Most often that’s a security program of some type, but it can also be caused by an internet issue, which perhaps it is since there’s been a few of these complaints. I would try connecting using a different internet, like a phone’s cell connection or phone tether, or try using a VPN to connect to see if that gets it to go.
I’m aware of where those things are and there is no reflection anywhere on my account showing the 12 month code was applied which is the entire reason I am trying to make the ticket.
The inability for some users to submit a ticket has been passed on so it can be looked into. Some folks have been able to put in a ticket going through their mobile device, if that is an option for you.
Where is this code from, Valisera? I don’t see game time being recently added to any WoW license on this Battle.net account. The last would be a one month sub on the 2nd of this month.
I got the code from a friend. I redeemed the code at 11:05 AM this morning, I still have the code that now no longer works as it says it has been redeemed. Which is true because I’m the one that redeemed it.
Hmm, we’d definitely want to check the code and see where it ended up. Have you tried using a mobile device to see if that works, Valisera?
We’re not certain what is preventing only certain folks from submitting a ticket so I don’t really have an effective workaround outside of that or maybe the VPN option that Mighty mentioned.
When you can submit a ticket, please be sure to include the code.
I appreciate you forwarding the issue about tickets. I’ll be sure to include that code when I submit it. Submitting a ticket via mobile doesn’t work either sadly.
I’m just incredibly frustrated at this point and my relationship with Blizzard is… Strained as it is.
Haven’t tried submitting a new ticket, but the code I entered randomly was credited to my account a couple of hours ago so my primary concern was fixed.
Understandable. It sucks to be unable to get tickets submitted. Hang in there. Hopefully Blizzard with fix the problem soon and you can get the help you need.
