Can't Submit a Support Ticket – Error on All Devices

Hi,

I’m trying to submit a support ticket, but I keep getting the following error message:

“You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”

I’ve tried everything I can think of to get around it:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Different devices (PC, iPhone, iPad)
  • Different networks/Wi-Fi connections
  • Incognito/private mode
  • Shortening the ticket to 1-2 words (as older posts suggested), then trying to edit it afterward

Nothing works. I’ve seen posts from years past mentioning this issue, but I haven’t seen an updated solution. I’m getting really frustrated, as I just want to submit a ticket, I’m not trying to spam or abuse the system, just get support.

Can someone from Blizzard please look into this or direct me to a way to contact support outside of the broken ticket form? Any help from other players who’ve solved this recently would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Have u tried via phone and what is ur issue.

As stated in my post, yes I have tried via phone. It doesn’t work.

Misread that part my bad.

That has literally nothing to do with his related complaint that the ticket system loads slower than an ACA website on renewal day if you still had dialup internet yet functions that give Blizzard money load faster than Netflix if you have a fiber connection.

Most likely it was in response to:

Which itself is just another conspiracy theory / false statement.

That post has been removed by a moderator, I suspect.

The ticket system issues are being looked into folks.

I don’t have any more info at the moment I’m afraid.

Thank you for clarifying. I know you don’t have anymore info to share, but do you think there a rough timeline of when this might be fixed?
