Currently stuck on Venthyr Covenant after swapping. It says I need to complete a Calling in Revendrath but nobody in my covenant is providing me the quest to do a covenant. I tried looking to submit a bug ticket in game but everything thing I click on is essentially a canned response with stuff like “Check WoWhead” or “Quests and Achievements cannot be reset”
I cannot continue on at the moment because of this.

If you haven’t already can you try talking to Prince Renethal directly? According to this article, he may have the quest for you without the exclamation point indicator.

Edit: Looking at this character’s recent quest history it looks like you completed the Calling in Revendreth quest. Was this on another character?
Yeah, I’m pretty sure I completed it on my warrior a while back. I think I’ve done like half the campaign on my warrior. I noticed that too when I was looking at the flags from WoWhead.
Edit: Just went and spoke to Renethal directly and he did not have the quest for me.
Is that for your Warrior? Or the character you are posting on?
If it is on the character you are posting on it looks like “A Calling in Revendreth” was completed.
For the character I’m posting on. My covenent is like totally locked at the moment and there is nothing i can do. I don’t have any buildings build or soulbinds or anything. I’m stuck on chapter 1 of venthyr campaign.
Okay, so Renethal was in the area where you get the power ability (Ravenous Frenzy in my Druid’s case) with absolutely no indication that he needs to be talked to or anything. Renethal is also on the other level (which is why I said Renethal had nothing for me).
The Renethal near where I got the covenant power for my class had a text option to skip being shown around my covenant. Once I said that to him, it completely switched my phase and it looks like I can continue on with the covenant storyline as I’m being told to go get my first Soulbind.
So it appears there is maybe a quest missing telling me to go back to Renethal?
It looks like QA are looking into these reports so there may be an issue there.
It seems as though covenant switching has caused another problem. I accepted the quest to collect 20 souls while I was either a Night Fae or Malldraxxus. I didn’t complete it and it is now unavailable as Venthyr. I switched back to both Night Fae and Maldraxxus and it’s gone from there as well.
Believe it was supposed to be repeatable this patch too 
Apparently this was resolved after logging out and logging back in.
