Cant start shadowlands questline. Darion NPC is not where he must be (Ally)

Hi, i just bought WoW almost 1 month ago, and almost 1 week ago i tried to do Shadowlands questline, i went to Darion to start with “A chilling summons” quest but i had to do something while i was watching the cinematic, when im back Darion its not there so i abandom the quest hoping to take it again, but didnt know that Darion wont go back. So there i am stuck with my main character with out firt quest from shadowlands questline.

Already tried, relog, clear cache, clear addons, go out Sw then back, already sent a ticket but i got an automatic answer (tried also all their “solutions” and nothing), i know GM can send me the quest, or tp me to Acherus, etc etc, but non responses. Anyone have any other idea meanwhile blizz wants to help me?, I have found this error since 2 years ago in reddit and other forums but havent read if they get any solution besides dont go into shadowlands with that character wich i thing is wrong because u bought the game and pay a monthly fee to play.

look and see if there is a death gate where the quest starts, if so see if you can take that to get the next part of the quest.

I’m not sure what the issue could be, Zhyk, you don’t appear to be on any of the quests that would phase that area. I just checked and it looks like Highlord Darion Mograine is standing there with the quest for you.

Maybe leaving the area completely and returning helped. Give it a shot when you can.

Hi thx by answering, this is an capture of what i see, this is from yesterday, today until 31 dec ill be far from my pc. I already tried leaving the area of sw, i went to many other places, regions, etc, with my character Zhyk but nothing help.

There is no portal or Darion in the place.

This is what happened step by step

  1. Took the quest from Darion “a chilling summons”
  2. Talk with the npc besides him that show u the cinematic
  3. I had to leave afk cuz of a emergency in my home
  4. When i back to the pc cinematic was over and there were not Darion or Portal at the place, so i leave/abandom the quest to re-take it and begin again but Darion never came back

Also tried asking someone that went to the place to do the quest to share it to me but he couldnt

Edit 2: It solved with the weekly maintence, apparently
