Cant start order hall quest for monk on boosted 60 from shadowlands

I have a boosted monk from shadowlands. The quest giver Initiate Da-Nel that’s give the quest Before the Storm to start the class hall campaign doesn’t spawn in Dalaran and if i use Zen Pilgrimage when i port it doesn’t start the scenario or take me to class order hall I saw on another forum that another monk that boosted in shadowlands had the same issues and a GM was able to fix

Cannot start Legion order hall campaign after shadowlands level 60 boost

I may have inadvertently locked my character out of the Legion Monk order hall quests. I started the legion introduction quests and got access to Dalaran and have the hearthstone in my bag but did not complete the scenario to start the monk order hall quests. I later used the level 60 boost on this character and lost access to the quest. The monk quest “Before the storm” is not in my journal and quests trackers show it is incomplete, casting Zen Pilgrimage does not take me to the order hall, …

Is your monk still level 60? If you’re level 70 you might have to complete the “Hunt the Harbinger” questline you get from Khadgar when logging in. He gives you a Dalaran Hearthstone in your bag to use.

If that doesn’t work find a Hero’s Call Board in Stormwind or Orgrimmar and start the Legion Invasion quest/scenario if you haven’t done it yet.
