Hi, I have a monk I just got to level 70. I wanted to get the class mount, but I can’t start the order hall campaign. The quest giver won’t show up in Dalaran to start the campaign.
Hve u checked the hero board for the legion returns.

is your next quest “Before the storm”?
if so
can you check if
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(40127))
returns true? not 100% on this but I think its the tracker quest that makes the messenger appear for monks

It returned false
well then if my guess is correct and this is the quest ID that signals to the game to make the NPC spawn to give you the quest, the problem is that its not being given to you when it should, Im seeing some wowhead comments about lack of completion of the harbringer questline being an issue, so If you have not completed that, its worth looking into.

if harbinger being incomplete is whats blocking that tracker quest from being applied, probably
well now I’m trying to do the harbinger questline and Khadgar isn’t in the chamber of the guardian
