This character was boosted by a token to 48. I haven’t done any expansions before Shadowlands. Warchief’s Command doesn’t offer Legion. I have checked my other characters, and Legion IS offered to the others.
I’ve already gone through the trouble of getting green fire, so I don’t want to boost another warlock just to try out Legion. Please fix.
I read that. I’ve already googled this. My character is over 50, but Warchief’s Command Board doesn’t offer it.
The WoWhead quest tracker indicates that you’ve already completed the intro that takes you to Legion Dalaran. Have you checked in your bags/bank for a Dalaran hearthstone, or tried using the Azsuna portal in Orgrimmar to head to Dalaran?
That is really weird it credits me for doing the intro. I didn’t realize Azsuna was the Legion portal, but quests started when I went through. I guess this is good enough even though I wanted to see what I missed that expansion.
I’d recommend heading up to Dalaran from the flight path in Azsuna, when you arrive you should be granted the intro quests to pick up your first Warlock Artifact Weapon and open up your class hall (usually an NPC will run up to you with a quest - be sure your trivial quest tracking is on ).
Hi, I’m not sure if this post is still active but I’m having the same problem with my boosted 50 troll druid. I can get to the Broken Isles (I’ve already unlocked the High Mountain Tauren), but no questline is offered for Legion and there are no quests for my class hall in Dalaran (No one ran up to me offering a quest).
Have you tried getting the quest from the warboard?
Yes, as well as the warchiefs harold.
Do you have a Dalaran hearthstone? If not, get one from the innkeeper in the Lounge. Then use it.
Seeing as it’'s been dead nearly a year, that answer would be no. Anything older than a week or two is called a necro, and really isn’t ideal. In that instance, it is always best just to create your own thread. I see you’ve put a thread in the Quests forums too, which is a good idea.
The first step is to make sure you’ve got the lower level quest indicator on. (You probably already do, I just like to be sure.)
Secondly, try speaking with Holgar Stormaxe. That should be able to get you started on the lead in quests if the Warboard didn’t offer you anything.

It starts with Stone Guard Mukar. He is on a Mammoth down near the bay where the ships are located outside Orgrimmar.
